“We have had our Tiny Tablet (which FYI, is absolutely massive) for about two weeks now so I finally feel ready to write my review.
I’ve been researching these massive tablets for about 6 months – speaking to different companies, stalking them on Companies House, seeing who is active on social media and reading reviews to find the best fit for Alexandra Court.
Stumbled across these guys, enjoyed a conversation with John and heard in his voice, how passionate he is about this product. I usually avoid sales people like the plague but John wasn’t pushy – just believes in his product.
Obviously the cost is astronomical and that’s why I’ve been procrastinating for months but I am so pleased I took the plunge and ordered it.
Firstly, was expecting delivery within 8 weeks of ordering and it turns up two weeks after ordering. Secondly, it was delivered by the company themselves – a guy who was so friendly, knowledgable and helpful and who made setting it up a breeze. In fact, there is no setting up – within minutes of it entering the building we were playing with it. Within 30 mins , one of my residents was watching his beloved Huddersfield town play on YouTube. Absolutely magical.
And it hasn’t been left alone since. Some of my residents fight over it. We have even had to set a timer so everyone gets a turn !! We have been to Rio, Jamaica and Australia on Google maps. It’s involved in every activity now and has fast become our favourite piece of technology.
If you are umming and ahhing over the cost. My advice is don’t. Just buy it.
You won’t be disappointed .
And the most important thing is it will enrich your residents lives immeasurably and isn’t that what care is all about ❤️
