“I think the Tiny Tablet has been a great addition to our care home, especially when I’m not around. The people we care for and staff are able to jump on 24/7 and view anything they wish. The staff are able to help them reminisce through music and reference material.
Because it’s mobile, we are able move it around the home, even into the bedrooms, taking the activities to people to who don’t leave their rooms.
We have one resident who is quite independent. When activities aren’t booked in during the day, this resident is able to take control of the Tiny Tablet themselves and keep themselves occupied, often while putting some music whilst enjoying a crossword. This also allows this resident to be more sociable as they will often ask other people we care for what they would like to listen to. They are able to tailor their experience and trigger more conversations.“
